When I joined the Avanceon team, I was asked if I would be willing to relocate to Pennsylvania or not. This question came right after I purchased my first home in Oklahoma. I had finally gotten everything set up to my family’s liking, we weren’t too keen on packing up and leaving after just getting settled. Luckily, Avanceon accommodates a remote workforce that allows me to be an active team member without having to go through the hassle of moving.
