EXTON, PA, April 26, 2005 – Advanced Automation Associates, Inc. (A3) will spotlight its extensive experience in designing, developing and supporting engineering and manufacturing system solutions for the pharmaceutical industry at INTERPHEX2005 Conference & Exhibition, Booth #2638, opening today at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York.
“The growing complexity of pharmaceutical manufacturing control systems makes system validation that much more difficult,” said Bob Zeigenfuse, president of Advanced Automation Associates. “A3 will focus on how the validation process can be streamlined through the use of standards and code management tools such as AutoGenTM. Utilization of the AutoGen tool kit” he continued, “can reduce the cost of automation projects, and the subsequent validation, by several percentage points.” A second service now being offered by Advanced Automation will focus on the use of APlusTM factory maintenance support services to meet the GMP requirements for plant maintenance. A3 recently announced an expansion of those services to 24 x 7 and expects the pharmaceutical industry to continue its adoption of the service.
The Exton, PA-based company has served the pharmaceutical industry for two decades, completing projects ranging from design and development of multi-million-dollar manufacturing plants to basic 21 CFR Part 11 validation systems.
Available at the booth will be members of Advanced Automation’s staff of pharmaceutical experts, prepared to discuss with show attendees a broad range of factory automation, integration, manufacturing execution and factory support topics, including:
- Automation Control Systems
- OEM Support
- Back Office System Integration
- Manufacturing Execution Systems
- Design/Build Capabilities
