Avanceon is certain that we can provide our Client's savings in energy usage that our proposal will state. We have typically stated between 5% and 10% too date. Avanceon provides a "real" guarantee on the "value" of the investment, whether its iUtility Energy Management Applications or one of our Certified Partner Solutions and its turnkey solution as follows:

1. If Client cancels the program during the first 180 days after implementation of iUtility optimization application(s) due to an inability of Avanceon to provide the guaranteed savings sated in our proposal, then Avanceon will return all dollars no questions asked. Client has the option of taking title to the metering that Avanceon supplied in lieu of removing it. Avanceon will remove the iUtility application server and control hardware.

2. If the Guaranteed Savings are not achieved and both parties wish to continue the program, the costs will be prorated per the achieved savings.  For every 1% below Guarantee we will give you 10% off the initial Investment Dollars.
